Step 2: wrap the green tape around the pen. (Lexi Berglund)Step 2Starting at the tip of the pen, wrap the tape very tightly around the plastic part of the pen. Continue wrapping the tape around the pen until you reach the end of the pen, wrap the tape tightly at the end and then cut or tear it.

Step 3: cut a flower off its stem and glue it to the pen. (Lexi Berglund)Step 3Cut one flower off of the bouquet. Using a hot glue gun glue the flower to the top of the pen.
