Mariko Thompson is a senior at Osceola High School and has been a staff writer in journalism for 3 years. Mariko’s visions for the future are to attend Princeton, MIT, or Embry Riddle University and pursue studies in the aeronautical/aerospace engineering field. Mariko’s hobbies usually include, but are but are not limited to: volunteering, surfing the web for various ideas or projects, playing video games, watching ‘90s cartoons (by stream) and drawing (especially anthropomorphic animals: cartoony/realistic). Mariko is also currently enrolled with the Osceola High School Academics and Robotics team and is currently trying to apply for Mu Alpha Theta and the National Honor Society.
