Last Thursday, January 23^rd, the boys varsity team took the win at the Pinellas County Athletic Conference against their rival, the Seminole Warhawks. This is the second year in a row that the boys won.

Wes D’Angio, 9^th grade, said, “We worked together well as a team, and although I didn’t get much playing time, we did good and I am proud of our win.” The boys lost their game against Keswick Christian last Friday.

They play again on Friday against a team to be announced. This game is also part of the 2020 Boys Soccer District Championship tournaments.

Josh Pursley, 9^th grade, said, “I’m looking forward to playing in my first high school districts game as a freshman. Playing on the team has been an awesome opportunity and a good time with new friends.”

Seminole High School keeps their place as #1 in districts, with Osceola right behind them as #2. OFHS’s overall stats are 13 wins, 5 losses, and the game ended in a tie 3 times. They’ve won both district games that they have played so far. In Florida they rank 95, putting them at 349 in the national ranking.
