The  varsity volleyball team has had an amazing season. The team accomplished a perfect season with a 23-0 record. Even with a previous season of 10-7 and with a rookie head coach, they still managed to beat the odds and succeed. Many students supported the Warriors as they plunged through different teams. Tara Sullivan, 12th grade, said, “The student section has encouraged us throughout the season.”

Their regular season and playoff record was an unbelievable 25-1. Raine Lester, 12th grade, said, “They did amazing and their hard work paid off.”

The team has influenced many students and athletes with their great play. Jenna Sullivan, 12th grade,  said, “Working better as a team and strong underclassmen has led to our team’s success.”

Unfortunately, the volleyball team lost the playoff match against Port Charlotte, Tuesday, November 6th.

Many didn’t believe the team was going to do this well. But they proved many people wrong.
