Machines get makeover: nothing special

The vending machines have gotten a makeover in recent weeks to resemble Osceola’s colors and symbols. However, what’s the deal over a peel off sticker? I decided to head down to a machine near student services to find out.

While at the scene, one anonymous student said that the soda in the “Warriorized” machines didn’t taste any different than the sodas in the “non-Warriorized” ones. I decided to test this Warrior’s word and had a taste for myself, and the results were disappointing. I didn’t taste anything different about the soda.

In conclusion, I’m giving the machines’ compelling looks a thumbs up, which is the only positive thing working with the machine. On the other hand, I am giving the drinks a thumbs down because of the lack of originality (if any) in design and taste. In my opinion, if you’re designing a cool looking machine, you might as well go all the way with special drinks and all. The machines aren’t the best things in the world so I’m giving them a 6/10, primarily because of the original OHS designs. I think I will continue to get my drinks from a non-decorated machine.
