After school yesterday at 2:00 PM, Austin Lawrence signed to play football in college. Austin signed with Jacksonville University. Friends and family came out to support him. Austin will compete for slot receiver and safety positions at Jacksonville. Coach Palmer says Austin is very special. “Austin has always challenged himself academically by taking the toughest classes,” said Palmer. “As an athlete, he is special because when the game is on the line, he wants the ball. He is not afraid and he wants to make the play to win the game,” Palmer stated.
