Several seniors are wearing Gators gear this week. Friday was the official day that seniors found out if they were accepted into The University of Florida. You can usually tell this by the fact that they are sporting their new college’s apparel. Michelle Martin had always wanted to go to UF – she even got accepted. But she had a last minute change of heart. “I decided to go to FSU because I like that it gives me a small, individualistic feel on a large scale campus.” Martin explained, “I used to prefer UF, but after I toured FSU I realized that’s where I needed to be.” Some seniors who were accepted to multiple colleges are still having trouble deciding on which they want to attend. This is true for senior Alexa Lynch. “I really like UF because of the school spirit. But I want to cheer in college, so I’d have a better chance at FSU, where there’s less competition.”
