The scare of security threats coinciding with the supposed end of the Mayan calendar makes today at OHS seem like it’s a ghost school. With many Warriors gone, the students who did come to school say they didn’t want to miss out on what’s important to them.
Osceola senior Tori Ballard said that she came to school today to see ‘friends’ before the winter holiday.
“I came to school today to give people Christmas presents,” said Bekkah Williamson, 10th grade.
“(I came to school today) because of 1st period,” said Kyle Fink, 12th grade.
