Chop, stir, and serve

Culinary 1 students cooking soup stock on February 4th.

      Everybody loves food. We all need food to survive on this planet. Well, in this class, you are graded on food. The aroma, the sound of the blade, and the desire to want to gobble it all up is a daily routine in Culinary.  

      On Thursday, February 4th, Culinary 1 students Victorya Santos, Brylee Dickey, and Loren Kane made soup stock. Celery, onions, and chicken are all ingredients to make this soup. The next stop is the pot.
