Planters reveals shocking new peanut commercial

Super Bowl commercials are costly but can pay off if viewers enjoy them.
Some ads have become so infamous that some people watch the Super Bowl just for them. This year brought the untimely demise and resurrection of the legendary mascot Mr. Peanut. The commercial took place in a graveyard where various mascots including Kool-Aid Man and Mr. Clean mourned the loss of Mr. Peanut.
Kool-Aid Man’s Kool Aid sloshes onto his grave and a vine grows out of it, delivering the newly incarnated baby nut. The new commercial has created quite a stir on the internet with opinions ranging from people adoring it to absolutely detesting it.
Kyle Alberts, 9th grade, said, “I really liked the commercial and I think it was a really funny and creative.”
Dominic Walker, 9th grade, agreed, said, “I really enjoyed the game and the commercial was a real eye catcher and funny.”
Parker Woods, 10th grade, disagreed, and said, “The commercial was just a pointless cash grab.”
