Early college is a program to help high school students earn their associate degree while still in high school for free. Early college is full time at SPC college campus.  Early college is an affordable way to take college classes and still participate school functions, including sports and  clubs.

Claire, 11th grade, said, “I really enjoy early college. I enjoy the freedom early college gives me.” To get into early college, students must take the PERT test and pass. The PERT test is free the first time a student takes it, but there is a 15-dollar fee if a student must take the PERT test again. The maximum amount of students to get into early college is 125 per year.
